Environmental Policy

Express recognizes our reliance on natural resources and is committed to environmental oversight. With Governance top of mind, in 2022 Express established an ESG Executive Committee and a Reporting and Goal Tracking Committee to guide environmental decision-making among other issues as a key area of oversight at Express. 

Our mission is to make better environmental choices through our products and practices. To manage and assess environmental risks, we are leveraging the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB) guidelines for the Apparel Industry. SASB prioritizes material risks such as energy, water, chemicals, waste and other environmental issues. See SASB reporting for additional insights.

As we measure our environmental impact, Express is committed to assessing our related business risks, such as climate change and supply chain management.
