Our Store Pickup service gives you the option of ordering items from express.com and picking them up at your preferred Express store.

Orders placed prior to 3 p.m. will be available for same-day pickup at your preferred location. Orders placed after 3 p.m. will be available for pickup the following day.

Yes! You can apply any eligible discount or promotion when you check out on express.com.

Yes, you can add or change the pickup person by editing that section at checkout.    

Any changes can be made up to 30 minutes after placing your order.

Your ID and “Ready for Pickup” email or text notification. This is a separate notification from your order confirmation and includes a barcode.

Your order will be held at the store for 5 days after your “Ready for Pickup” notification is sent. If it isn’t picked up within that time, we’ll cancel the order, and you won’t be charged.

Just an ask any store associate, and they’ll be happy to assist you. No need to wait in line!

We’ll only charge your method of payment after your order has been picked up. We do put an authorization hold on your debit/credit card when you place your order, which should be removed by your card-issuing bank once your card has been charged. Please note that Express doesn’t control how long authorization holds stay on your account. Call your card-issuing bank if you have further questions.

Pickup orders can be canceled by contacting Express customer service at 1-888-397-1980, or via the Express Chat feature on express.com.

Sometimes items sell out before your order gets to the store. We do our absolute best to prevent this, but if it happens, we’ll send you an email to let you know as soon as we can. We’re sorry for any frustration this may cause.
